Introducing RU-Academy
We believe that financial literacy is a crucial foundation for success. Our online academy is dedicated to teaching kids and teens the valuable knowledge and skills they need to become confident and financially savvy individuals.
Our Academy
Research has shown that active learning can lead to better learning outcomes than passive learning. By engaging students in the learning process, active learning can help to improve their retention of information, critical thinking skills, and ability to apply what they have learned to new situations.
Upon joining the Academy, the young learners are encouraged to take responsibility for their own learning and to be actively involved in the learning process. Rather than simply listening to lectures or reading material, students are asked to participate in discussions, problem-solving activities, and group work that require them to apply what they have learned in order to deepen their understanding.

Active learning takes many forms, such as peer instruction, group work, project-based learning, simulations, and more. Our flagship Stock Market competitions provide an excellent opportunity for kids and teens to gain knowledge about investing, personal finance, and the stock market.
These competitions can be an enjoyable and engaging way for young individuals to learn about the stock market and investing. Moreover, they provide avenues for teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
We have programs offered in partnership with the SIFMA Foundation, Global Investor Challenge, and Junior Achievement Stock Market Challenge. These programs cater to students from grades 4 to 12 to learn about the stock market, investing strategies, and economic concepts through interactive online tools. Participants form teams and invest a virtual $100,000 to $1,000,000 in the stock market.
